This site markets the CallerBridge network and invites business inquiries. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
Intellectual property
The site and its content are owned by GradeCircle Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the site for its intended purpose.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GradeCircle Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class or representative proceeding. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing privacy@callerbridge.com.
Governing law and miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect; our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver; and these Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding the site.
