Qualification policy

What you're paying for, before the phone rings.

What we don't charge you for

A policy that only says what counts is half a policy. These are the cases you are not billed for, and the ones you can raise in your portal if we get one wrong.

Never billable

Exclusions

  • Wrong service — The caller wants something you don't do, or something outside the category your market covers.
  • Outside your area — The caller isn't in the service area agreed for your market.
  • A duplicate — The same person, about the same job, inside the agreed duplicate window.
  • Not a real enquiry — Spam, a wrong number, a sales call, or a hang-up before the qualifying questions are answered.
  • Too short to qualify — A call that ends before it reaches the agreed minimum connected duration for your market.
If we get it wrong

Disputes

  • Raise it on the charge itself in your partner portal — no email thread required.
  • Within 30 days of the charge, while it is unpaid.
  • Raising a dispute doesn't change the amount on its own; it puts the charge in front of us with your reason attached.
  • We come back to you either way, and the decision is recorded against the charge.

Form enquiries are screened against these questions before they reach you. Calls are screened by the same questions on the line, and a market does not go live until we have confirmed the two match — see partner requirements for what we check on your side. Per-market specifics live on each market's own page.
