§ FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
The things local operators ask us most, before running a market together. Don't see yours? Ask us directly →
What exactly is CallerBridge?
We're an operator network. We build and run hyper-local service brands — each with its own name, number and reviews — and partner with one local operator per market to answer the demand. You do the work; we run the brand, the site and the marketing behind it.
What do I get as a partner?
An exclusive market under your own brand: your number, your reviews, and every call and qualified lead in that market routed only to you. Not a directory listing you share with competitors — your own local presence.
Is the market really exclusive?
Yes. One operator per metro and vertical. Leads in your market go to you and only you — never resold to a dozen buyers racing to dial.
How are leads delivered to me?
Phone calls route straight to your line, answered live. Qualified form leads are delivered in real time to your CRM (via a ping-post URL) and/or by email — you choose, and you can manage those delivery details yourself in your buyer portal.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is set per market and tied to performance — you're paying for real local demand in an exclusive area, not a shared directory slot. It varies by vertical and metro, so the honest answer is a short conversation. There's no cost to have it.
How fast can I go live?
Fast. Your branded site is already built as a draft — signing flips it on. Most markets can be live in days, not months.
Who answers the calls?
You do. We build the brand, the site and the phone-native funnel and route the demand to you; you do the work and close it. You're great at the service — we're great at the front door.
How is CallerBridge paid?
By the operators we partner with — not by the people who call. We state that plainly on every site. That transparency is deliberate: it's the wedge against the national portals, and it's why people stay on the phone.
Which verticals and metros do you cover?
Today we operate across property emergency (water damage, roofing), senior care and personal injury, and we're opening new verticals and metros. If you operate locally and don't see your market, tell us — we're expanding.
What's the commitment?
It starts as a conversation, not a contract. When you're ready, an exclusive market runs under a straightforward agreement. No pressure, and no obligation to talk.
