HVAC Repair & Replacement · founding stage

Exclusive HVAC leads, one operator per metro.

CallerBridge builds and runs a local HVAC brand, site and call routing for one metro, and routes the qualified calls it produces to one operator while the agreement is active and in good standing. Check whether your market is open, then run the economics with your own job value, margin and close rate.

Where this stands

HVAC Repair & Replacement markets, stated plainly.

16 HVAC markets available

Inventory: a defined metro we have set up and can offer. Available means unassigned, not operating.

0 operating

No HVAC market is live yet, so there are no measured results, call volumes or operator case studies to show you. Any volume figure you see from us is an estimate and is labelled as one.

No market is held by asking

Talking to us, or us talking to you, does not reserve a market. Availability below is read from inventory as of 2026-10-30 20:37 UTC.

Holding a market

What exclusive HVAC leads means here.

Qualified calls from the agreed CallerBridge properties, for HVAC in the agreed territory, go to one operator while the agreement is active and in good standing. It does not mean all the demand in your metro, and it does not stop competitors marketing there. You are not buying a share of a lead list: nobody else receives a call from that market's channel while you hold it.

Ours

What CallerBridge operates

  • The market brand, domain and site — built, hosted and operated by CallerBridge.
  • The tracking number that routes to you.
  • The advertising and search presence that produces the demand.
  • The consent records behind each lead, which we keep for compliance.
Yours

What the operator must do

  • Answer every routed call live during the agreed hours. CallerBridge routes calls; it does not run an answering service.
  • Follow up and serve the customer yourself, from the first conversation to the finished job.
  • Serve the whole agreed territory, and say so before signing if you cannot.
  • Hold the licences, registrations and insurance your work requires, and keep them current.

The local site in each HVAC market is built around these services, so these are the calls it is designed to produce:

  • Emergency AC repair — Discuss a cooling problem with a local HVAC provider and confirm the next available diagnostic visit.
  • Heating & furnace repair — No heat, short cycling, or a system you don't trust — diagnosed and repaired safely.
  • System replacement — A full replacement done right — correctly sized, properly installed, and warrantied.
  • Maintenance & tune-ups — The service that keeps a system off the emergency list — and the warranty intact.

Signing does not switch it on

A market launches after you approve its site, the terms are agreed, the call routing has been tested with your team and you are ready to answer. The launch date is agreed, not automatic.

The customer stays yours

You answer, you close and you keep the customer. CallerBridge charges the agreed monthly price, not a share of your jobs.

Qualification rules

What counts as a qualified HVAC call.

Every caller answers these before a call or enquiry is routed to you. They are the same questions the HVAC funnel runs in every market:

  • What's the system doing?
  • Is the system down right now?
  • Is it a home or a business?

Then, to give you context before you pick up, they are also asked:

  • Roughly how old is the system?

The answers are stored with each lead, so what you paid for is auditable. A lead can be disputed within 30 days of the monthly report, paid or not; an upheld dispute removes it from delivered volume. Read the full qualification policy →

Pricing

How a HVAC market is priced.

  • One monthly price per market. The advertising budget is inside it, and qualified demand is not billed again as a separate per-lead fee.
  • The price is built from the HVAC market rate, the volume the market is sized for, and what media costs in its state. Across the HVAC markets we hold, the model puts it at roughly $9,245 to $10,900 a month, depending on the state. That is an estimate, not a quote, and not measured from delivered calls.
  • For the first three months after activation, the exclusivity premium is credited back in proportion to any shortfall against the volume your market was sized for. Advertising and channel-operation costs are not credited.

Review the proposed monthly price, qualification rules, territory and launch terms before deciding.
