How we're paid

Our service is free to your family. Senior living communities pay us a referral fee when a family moves in — we'll always tell you which ones do, before you tour. We do not accept fees for Medicaid-funded placements.

We tell you who pays us

Communities pay a fee when a family moves in. We say which ones, upfront, every time.

Real availability only

We don't send you to tour somewhere with a six-month waiting list.

Questions families ask

Answered plainly

What does this cost my family?

Nothing. Our service is free to you. Senior living communities pay us a referral fee if your family chooses to move in — and we tell you which communities have that arrangement before you tour.

What if my parent is on Medicaid?

We can still talk with you and point you toward resources, but we do not accept a referral fee for Medicaid-funded placements. If Medicaid is paying for care, tell us early so we can guide you appropriately rather than toward communities that pay us.

How quickly can we move?

It depends on the situation. A hospital discharge can move in a few days if there's availability; a planned move usually takes a few weeks. We'll tell you honestly what's realistic in your area.

What's the difference between assisted living and memory care?

Assisted living supports daily activities — meals, medication, bathing — while the resident stays largely independent. Memory care is a secured setting with staff trained specifically for dementia and Alzheimer's. Many communities offer both, so a move later isn't always necessary.

How do you choose which communities to suggest?

Care needs first, then budget, location and availability. We'll tell you when a community pays us a fee and when it doesn't, so you can weigh our suggestions with that in mind.

Will I be pestered with calls?

No. One advisor works with you. We don't sell your information on, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
