We are paid by the providers
Your City Pros is a lead-generation and referral service, not a service provider. When we connect you with an independent contractor, that provider pays us a fee. You do not pay us. This payment may influence which providers we connect you with, and the order or manner in which they appear or are contacted.
We are not the contractor
We do not perform restoration, repair, or remediation work, and we do not supervise the providers who do. The providers we refer you to are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing, workmanship, and conduct. We make no representation or warranty about any provider.
This is advertising
This website is a commercial advertising and marketing service. Content, imagery, and any claims are for marketing purposes and are subject to change. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, insurer, benefits program, or official relief program.
How we match you
When you submit a request or call, we route it to one or more providers serving Your City, and nearby areas, based on availability, service type, and location. Availability is not guaranteed, and a match is not a recommendation or endorsement.
Reviews and claims
Any ratings, reviews, credentials, or statistics shown on this site describe the providers in our network or our service generally, are subject to change, and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome. We do not publish fake or incentivized reviews.
Calls, texts, and recording
Calls may be recorded or monitored, with disclosure where required. If you provide your number, you may be contacted by us and by the provider(s) we refer you to about your request, including by phone or text and, where you have consented, using automated technology or a prerecorded or artificial voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may withdraw it at any time.
